Ruslan Nailevich Zhiganshin (Russian: Руслан Наильевич Жиганшин; born 25 September 1992) is a Russian ice dancer. With Victoria Sinitsina he is the 2012 World Junior champion and won bronze medals at the 2013 Winter Universiade 2012 Rostelecom Cup and 2014 Russian Championships. They placed seventh at the 2014 World Championships.
