Ruchira Kamboj is the Ambassador & Permanent Representative of India to UNESCO-Paris. She was the Chief of Protocol to the Government of India and is the first woman in the Indian Foreign Service to hold this position.Kamboj joined the Indian Foreign Service in 1987 and had served as the Deputy Head in the office of the Commonwealth Secretary-General London.
