Roscoe Gardner Bartlett (born June 3 1926) is a former U.S. Representative for Maryland’s 6th congressional district serving from 1993 to 2013. He is a member of the Republican Party and was a member of the Tea Party Caucus. At the end of his tenure in Congress Bartlett was the second-oldest serving member of the House of Representatives behind only fellow Republican Ralph Hall of Texas.
