Ronald O. Perelman Heart Institute is a medical town square dedicated to the treatment of heart disease patients in New York City. Ronald O. Perelman chairman of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. made a $50 million (philanthropic) gift to the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center on February 28 2009 to establish the institute in support of health care in New York City and around the world.
