The Diocese of Ventimiglia-San Remo (Latin: Dioecesis Ventimiliensis-Sancti Romuli) is a Catholic ecclesiastical territory in Liguria northern Italy. The name of the historic Diocese of Ventimiglia was changed in 1975. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Genoa.
