The Italian Catholic Diocese of Montepulciano-Chiusi-Pienza (Latin: Dioecesis Montis Politiani-Clusina-Pientina) in Tuscany has existed in the current form since 1986. In that year the diocese of Chiusi-Pienza was united into the historical Diocese of Montepulciano.
