The Roman Catholic Diocese of Mackenzie–Fort Smith (Latin: Dioecesis Mackenziensis–Arcis Smith) is a Roman Catholic diocese that includes the Northwest Territories the northern extremity of Saskatchewan and the extreme west of the Territory of Nunavut in Canada.
