The Roman Catholic Diocese of Ilagan (Lat: Dioecesis Ilaganensis) is a Roman Rite diocese of the Latin Church of the Catholic Church in the Philippines. Erected in 1970 the diocese is a suffragan of the Diocese of Tuguegarao. The diocese has had no jurisdictional changes. The current bishop is Joseph Amangi Nacua appointed in 2008.
