The Roman Catholic diocese of Hvar-Brač-Vis (Croatian: Hvarsko-bračko-viška biskupija; Latin: Dioecesis Pharensis (-Brazensis et Lissensis)) is a diocese in the Dalmatian islands in Croatia.The diocese was founded in 1154 by the Venetians after their conquest of the island in 1147. The cathedral was set up at Stari Grad and later transferred to Hvar.
