The Diocese of Alghero-Bosa (Latin: Dioecesis Algarensis-Bosanensis) is a Roman Catholic ecclesiastical territory in Sardinia Italy. It has existed in its current form since 1986. In that year the historic Diocese of Alghero was combined with the diocese of Bosa. The diocese is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Sassari.
