The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Veszprém (Hungarian: Veszprémi Főegyházmegye Latin: Archidioecesis Veszprimiensis) is an Archdiocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic Church in Hungary. Believed to have been established in 1009 AD by King Stephen I of Hungary as the Diocese of Veszprém the diocese was originally a suffragan to the Archdiocese of Esztergom. In 1992 the Diocese was elevated to an Archdiocese.
