Romain Sicard (born 1 January 1988 in Bayonne) is a French professional racing cyclist for Team Europcar. In 2009 he won the under 23 World Championship Road Race. In 2010 he joined UCI ProTour team Euskaltel-Euskadi as only the second non-Spanish rider at the time – the other being Venezuelan Unai Etxebarria – to ever ride for the team.Sicard joined Team Europcar for the 2014 season after his previous team – Euskaltel-Euskadi – folded at the end of the 2013 season.
