Rolando Octavus Joven Tria Tirona O.C.D. (born in Kawit Cavite July 22 1946) is a prelate of the Roman Catholic Church in the Philippines. He is the current Archbishop of Caceres in Camarines Sur Philippines. He was appointed to succeed the retiring Archbishop Leonardo Legaspi of Caceres.
