Roger I. McDonough (September 29 1892 – November 25 1966) was an American judge. He served on the Utah Supreme Court from 1938 to 1966. He was the Chief Justice of the Utah Supreme Court from 1947 to 1948 and from 1954 to 1959 and was called upon by President Harry S. Truman to serve on emergency fact-finding boards to help settle labor disputes in the steel and railroad industries.
