Robert Willis Warren (August 30 1925 – August 20 1998) was a United States federal judge and politician from Wisconsin.Warren was born in Raton New Mexico. He received a B.A. from Macalester College in 1950 an M.A. from the University of Minnesota in 1951 and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1956. He was in the United States Army 95th Infantry from 1943 to 1946. He served in Europe during World War II and was wounded in France receiving a Purple Heart.
