Robert Kasting (born August 28 1950 in Ottawa Ontario but raised in Lethbridge Alberta) is a former butterfly and freestyle swimmer from Canada who competed for his native country at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich. He won the bronze medal in the 4x100m Medley Relay alongside Erik Fish Bruce Robertson and William Mahony. He also competed at the 1966 Empire games and won silver medals in both the 4×110 yard freestyle and the 4×220 yard freestyle.
