Robert Byron Kugler (born 1950) is a United States federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.Born in Camden New Jersey Kugler received a B.A. from Syracuse University in 1975 and a J.D. from Rutgers University Law School in Camden in 1978. He was a law clerk Hon. John F. Gerry U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey from 1978 to 1979. He was an Assistant Prosecutor Camden County Prosecutor’s Office New Jersey from 1979 to 1981.
