Ridit Sunil Nimdia (born 2004) is a chess player from Mumbai India. At 4 years 270 days; he became the world’s youngest rated player when he received his first official Elo rating of 1283. He has participated in two national and school championships in India. His current head coach is Praveen Kothari of Udaipur.In July-Aug 2010 at the age of 5 he participated in Under-7 section of 6th World School Chess Championship held in Kayseri Turkey.
