Ridge Forrester is a fictional character from the CBS Daytime soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. The character was introduced in the series premiere on March 23 1987 and has been a regular fixture ever since. Ronn Moss played the role since the beginning and was one of four remaining original cast members for 25 years along with Susan Flannery John McCook and Katherine Kelly Lang. Lane Davies briefly replaced Moss for a small amount of time in 1992. However Moss departed in 2012.
