Rick John Roufus (born June 3 1966) is an American kickboxer fighting out of The MMA Lab in Phoenix Arizona. He is one of the most famous kickboxers in the United States and has also competed in boxing and mixed martial arts. He was world champion as a super middle weight light heavyweight and heavyweight. Roufus held titles for all the major kickboxing associations (PKA IKF ISKA FFKA and KICK) and is known for his good boxing skills and powerful kicks.
