Richmond Cricket Club was based in Richmond (historically part of Surrey and now in London) and was a leading club during the 18th century its team taking part in several major cricket matches. Its home venue was at Richmond Green. The current Richmond CC was founded in 1862 and now plays in the Shepherd Neame Middlesex County Cricket League as one of London’s largest and most successful amateur clubs. Its home venue is in the Old Deer Park at Richmond.
