Richard Cole is an English actor who appears in the ITV soap opera Emmerdale as Chief of Police Charles Vaughan.Cole has appeared in several other English televisiom series such as The Royal Cold Feet Casualty Heartbeat Coronation Street and The Royal Today.Cole was also a member of the ‘Five Card Trick’ theatre group with fellow founders Peter Shepherd Phil Turner and Bill Moody.
