Richard Lionel Clarke (born 25 June 1949) is the current Church of Ireland Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of All Ireland.Clarke was educated at Wesley College Dublin before attending Trinity College Dublin (M.A. Ph.D.) and King’s College London (B.D.) where he studied history and theology.
