Riad Sattouf (in Arabic رياض سطوف) (b. May 5 1978 in Paris France) is a French writer cartoonist comics artist and film director of Syrian origin. He is best known for his weekly comics in the French weekly Charlie Hebdo entitled La vie secrète des jeunes and for his award winning film Les Beaux Gosses (The French Kissers).
