Reshteh khoshkar-reshte khoshkar (Persian: رشته‌خشکار‎) is the traditional cookie for Ramadan in Gilan Province Iran. It is made of rice flour sugar walnut cardamom cinnamon ginger and spice slowly fried in hot oil or fat.
