René Arnold Valero (born August 15 1930) is an American Roman Catholic bishop.Born in Manhattan New York City Valero was ordained a priesthood on June 2 1956 for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn. On October 4 1980 he was named titular bishop of Vicus Turris and auxiliary bishop of the Brooklyn Diocese. He was ordained bishop on November 24 1980 and retired on October 27 2005.
