Red Fisher (born 22 August 1926) is a former Canadian sports journalist whose columns focused on the National Hockey League and its Montreal Canadiens team.Born in Montreal he began his hockey coverage in The Montreal Star newspaper in 1954 where he remained as writer and sports editor until that paper’s demise in 1979.
