Rebecca Quinn (born May 24 1971) is an American professional racing cyclist from Quakertown Pennsylvania.Quinn finished third in the 2007 UCI Track Cycling World Championships – Women’s Scratch but was relegated as she had made contact with another rider during the sprint finish.Quinn took USA Cycling to arbitration in a Colorado Springs courtroom on July 9 2008 after she was not selected as part of the squad for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
