The company has its airline licence issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Pakistan allowing it to operate passenger cargo and executive charter flights.In addition to cargo charters Rayyan Air is operating a scheduled charter passenger services to China linking Kashgar with Islamabad since 14 August 2013.
