Captain Rashid Sazmand Asfaranjan (Persian: رشید سازمند born 24 October 1951 in Bandar-e Anzali) is an Iranian manager and retired commodore. He has been CEO (1996–2006) of Malavan F.C. Captain Rashid Sazmand has also been a member of board of directors (1986–2006) of Malavan Bandar Anzali Football Club.
