Rapacuronium (Raplon) is a rapidly acting non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocker formerly used in modern anaesthesia to aid and enable endotracheal intubation which is often necessary to assist in the controlled ventilation of unconscious patients during surgery and sometimes in intensive care.
