Raffaele Carlo Rossi OCD (October 28 1876 – September 17 1948) was an Italian Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church who served as Secretary of Sacred Consistorial Congregation in the Roman Curia from 1930 until his death and was elevated to the cardinalate in 1930.
