Rafael Franco Ojeda (1896–1973) was President of Paraguay from February 17 1936 to August 13 1937. He was a member of the Febrerista Revolutionary Party.He was accused of trying to unseat General Alfredo Stroessner in November 1956 but he adamantly denied this. He returned to Paraguay in 1957 and until his death in 1973 he was the leader of the Partido Febrerista.
