Rachel Victoria Roberts is an English actress best known for her role as Justine Dean in the Children’s BBC school drama Grange Hill. She appeared in the programme from 1988 to 1994.Justine Dean was one of Grange Hill’s most popular characters in the early 1990s and of the 1988 intake of new first year pupils was the only one to make it to the Upper Sixth form.
