Rachel Leigh Mathson (born 8 December 1981) is a beauty queen from Thief River Falls Minnesota who competed in the Miss USA pageant in 2007. Mathson born in Minnesota won her first pageant title in 2000 when she was crowned Miss Thief River Falls and went on to compete in the Miss Minnesota pageant where she finished first runner-up.
