Rachel Glennerster is the current Executive Director of the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her current research includes randomized evaluations of community driven development in Sierra Leone empowerment of adolescent girls in Bangladesh and health education and microfinance in India.
