Quinn Alexandra Evans (née James; previously Quinn James Fletcher) is a fictional character from the CW television series One Tree Hill portrayed by Shantel VanSanten. Quinn is initially introduced as Haley’s older sister. As the series progresses she also becomes close friends with Brooke Davis and falls for Clay Evans whom she marries in the series finale.
