The twin brothers were portrayed by Roscoe Born an American actor who had appeared with series regular A Martinez in the movie Powwow Highway. Robert first appeared on June 14 1989 and left on February 9 1990 only to return on June 13 1990. Quinn made his first appearance on July 18 1990. Robert’s final airdate was November 26 1991 and Quinn left on June 11 1991.
