The Q-Cert-VET Initiative (Quality Certification for Vocational Education and Training) was a European initiative founded by the LdV research project Q-Cert-Vet financed through the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Union. The initiative worked towards the development of a quality certification and its respective accreditation in the area of E-learning. The quality certification was initially be available in Portugal and now subsequently in Europe and other countries.
