Puddingstone Dam is a 147 ft (45 m) high earth and rockfill dam across Walnut Creek in eastern Los Angeles County California. The dam was built by the Los Angeles Department of Public Works in 1928 and serves mainly for flood control. It forms Puddingstone Reservoir which can hold more than 20000 acre·ft (25000000 m3) of water.
