The Prowler is a fictional character a superhero that appears in comics published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by writer-editor Stan Lee and John Buscema and made his first appearance in The Amazing Spider-Man #78. The first version developed a high-tech battle suit in order to start a life of crime until Spider-Man convinces him to turn his life around. Several other characters have also taken up the character’s identity.
