The Power Macintosh 4400 (also known as the Power Macintosh 7220 in some markets) is a mid-to-high-end Macintosh personal computer designed manufactured and sold by Apple Computer from 1996 until 1998. The Power Macintosh 4400 was rather different from most other Macintosh models in that the floppy disk drive is on the left rather than right and like the Centris 650 the casing is made of metal rather than plastic.
