Pico da Antónia is Santiago’s tallest mountain located in the central part of the island in Cape Verde. It is ranked before Serra da Malagueta in the north of the island. The area within the peak and its mountain range are part of the national park of the same name. The area surrounding the mountain is rocky and grassy with a couple of forests in its valley and the low-lying areas grasslands and plants dominate the middle part and rocks within the summit of the peak.
