Phoebe Forrester is a fictional character from the CBS Daytime soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. The first actress to play the character on a contract basis was Addison Hoover who joined the show in April 2005 and left just months later. From July 11 2006 to 2008 Phoebe was played by MacKenzie Mauzy.
