Philippe Nakellentuba Ouédraogo (born 31 December 1945) is a cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church from Burkina Faso. He is the archbishop of Ouagadougou. He was born on 31 December 1945 in Konéan. He was ordained a priest in the diocese of Kaya in 1973.He received his primary education at École Publique Kaya 1952 to 1959; secondary studies at Petit Séminaire de Pabré Ouagadougou 1959 to 1967.
