Thomas Philip Perkins (3 September 1904 – 26 December 1978) was an English professional golfer best known for winning the 1928 Amateur Championship (British Amateur).Perkins won the Amateur Championship 6 & 4 over Roger Wethered in May 1928. He came to the United States with the Walker Cup team in August 1928. The Great Britain team lost to the U.S. team 11–1. Perkins played Bobby Jones in a singles match losing 13 & 12.
