Philip C Hubble (born 19 July 1960) was a British butterfly swimmer.Hubble represented Great Britain in swimming events at the 1980 and 1984 Olympic Games winning the silver medal in 1980 in the men’s 200 m butterfly. He also won seven medals at the Commonwealth Games in 1978 and 1982.
