Phil Davis (born 30 August 1990) is an Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League (AFL). He plays mainly as a defender and was drafted by Adelaide with the tenth selection in the 2008 AFL Draft. He is the new Greater Western Sydney Football Club’s first signing from another AFL club.Davis missed the end of the 2008 and the beginning of the 2009 seasons due to a shoulder injury.
