Phenoxypropazine (trade name Drazine) is an irreversible and nonselective monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) of the hydrazine chemical class that was introduced as an antidepressant in 1961 but was subsequently withdrawn in 1966 due to hepatotoxicity concerns.
