PFLAG National formerly known as Parents Friends and Family of Lesbians and Gays is the United States’ largest organization for parents families friends and straight allies united with people who are lesbian gay bisexual and transgender (LGBT).PFLAG has more than 350 chapters across the United States with more than 200000 members and supporters.The acronym PFLAG pronounced P-FLAG /ˈpiːflæɡ/ originally stood for Parents Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays but in 2013 the organization switched to using only the acronym to be more inclusive of all in the LGBT community.
